Hubbard Addition
We finished the Hubbard addition in 2009. A great room, bedroom, and porches were added. We would like to thank the Hubbard's for letting us share their beautiful home.
Owens-Mayer Addition
This is the home of Kelli Owens and Jeremy Mayer, Vice President of Fairweather Builders, Inc. It was originally a 700 sq. ft. A frame cabin. It was completely remodeled into a 1900 sq. ft. farmhouse.
Clark Renovation
Fairweather Builders, Inc. completed the renovation of an old Laundry business in 2008. The upstairs was turned into an apartment. The downstairs remained commercial space. We would like to thank Mr. Clark for letting us share his pictures.
Berry Addition
We completed the Berry addition in 2007. We would like to thank the Berry's for letting us share their home.
Hayes Cottage
Fairweather Builders, Inc. finished Ms. Hayes' cottage in 2006. We had recently completed an addition on another home for her. We would like to thank Ms. Hayes for letting us share pictures of her home.
Hayes Addition
This addition was completed in 2005 for Ms. Hayes. We also built a cottage for Ms. Hayes in 2006. We would like to thank her for letting us share her homes.
Koch-Ralls Addition
Fairweather Builders, Inc. finished the Koch-Ralls addition in 2004. We would like to thank Ms. Koch and Mr. Ralls for letting us share their home.
Wilder Residence
Fairweather Builders, Inc. completed Mr. Wilders' addition in 2004. We also built the Blue Ridge Observatory for him. We would like to thank him for letting us share his photos
Ficarra Residence
Fairweather Builders, Inc. completed the Ficarra residence in 1999. We would like to thank Mr. & Mrs. Ficarra for sharing pictures of their home.
